8ROX Clothing is a UK-based hybrid racing apparel brand. You can contact us at steve@8rox.co.uk.
Ordering
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order — a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error) and will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, imagery and sizing information accurate, but colours and details may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the 8ROX name, logo, imagery and text — belongs to 8ROX Clothing and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We're not liable for losses that aren't reasonably foreseeable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time — the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
